1. Quality of Service

At Sud Kings, we are committed to your satisfaction. While we cannot guarantee a complete restoration to a new condition, we always strive to provide the best possible service within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. After the job is completed, we will conduct a final inspection together with you. If you find our service unsatisfactory within 24 hours after the final inspection, please contact us so we can address your concerns. Sud Kings will not be liable for concerns reported after 24 hours from job completion.

2. Necessary Access to Vehicle

To perform our services, it is essential that our technicians have full access to your vehicle during the job and any additional mutually agreed-upon times. This includes ensuring that the keys to the vehicle are available to us. This document authorizes us to operate and move your vehicle as needed.

3. Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Damage

Sud Kings and our technicians cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle while in our care, including the worsening of flaws. In the event that we cause any new damages, we will cover the expenses. Sud Kings limits its liability to the total cost of the job and may require a quote and review of work in writing from an appropriately licensed professional. Sud Kings reserves the right to acquire a second quote of repair and to fund the cost of the lesser of the two professionally obtained quotes.

4. Fees, Terms of Service & Payment Terms

We will provide clients with an estimated cost before our service. However, if the job takes longer than expected due to severe conditions, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This fee is applicable to jobs that exceed the allocated time limit, and we will inform you of it before or during the detailing process.

5. Providing Feedback & Photos

Your feedback is valuable to us. Please email us at SudKingsllc@gmail.com with any concerns, whether positive or negative. Sud Kings reserves the right, at its discretion, to use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and to publish them on our website SudKings.com or on our social media. Your personal information will not be disclosed in the photos.

6. Termination of Service

Sud Kings may terminate new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if, at our discretion, we believe that the customer is not a suitable fit for our services. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, working directly with Sud Kings employees without going through the company, displaying rudeness or disrespect towards our employees, or any other reasons we deem sufficient for service termination.

7. Health/Allergy Disclaimer

In our detailing process, we use a variety of products and chemicals to achieve the best results. If these products or chemicals pose a health threat to you, it is your responsibility to inform our technician beforehand. Sud Kings will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to the products or chemicals used in the process.
